Frequent questions
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes — CSV import is built in. If your current system exports differently, send us the file and we’ll do a one-off migration as part of onboarding.
Does it integrate with Xero or MYOB?
Not yet. BAS-ready CSV exports are available today; native accounting integrations are on the roadmap.
What happens if I cancel?
Export everything to CSV first. Then we delete your data within 30 days of cancellation — no quiet retention.
Is there a mobile app?
The web app is fully responsive — works on phone and tablet. Add it to your home screen for app-like access. A native iOS / Android app is planned.
Where is my data stored?
Australian region (Sydney). Daily backups, point-in-time recovery, encrypted at rest and in transit.
